Continue to Reform and Make Innovations to Forge Ahead for a Better Future
The year of 2017 is coming to an end, and the bell of the New Year is going to ring. At this happy moment of ringing out the old year and ringing in the new, on behalf of the leadership team of Dalian Rich Enterprise Group Co., Ltd and myself, I would like to extend my New Year wishes to the family members of Rich Group who work very hard and make great contribution to the development of the company in 2017, and to the fellows of all industries who have been supporting and concerned about the development of Rich Group.
A review of 2017, under the leadership of CPC Center Committee represented by General Secretary President Xi, we roll up our sleeves and work with added energy, continue to write a new chapter of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. China continues to roar ahead and achieves great success in all fields such as Politics, Economy, Science, Technology, Culture, Sports and so on, which is known to worldwide again. Especially the successful opening of 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China brings the exhilaration and encourages Chinese people to move forward and marks the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation into the unprecedented new area, new journey, new height and new realm. Our private enterprise operators are reassuring and also feel a great sense of responsibilities on the shoulders from the contents of the 19th congress report as follows ‘’unswervingly encourage, support and guide the development of the non-public sector’’, ‘’support the growth of private businesses, and stimulate the vitality of various market entities’’, and ‘’inspire and protect entrepreneurialism and motivate our society to start businesses and make innovations’’.
Rich Group also made a great progress in all businesses in the past one year. Acting as the industry leader, the company still keeps a high speed development trend and the annual turnover increased by 35%. All channels have been built to some extent and the advantages of the whole industry chain are further highlighted. More promisingly, our efforts have been greatly recognized by the customers and the social value of Rich Group has been fully reflected. In 2017,we have established strategic cooperative relationship with some well-known enterprises at home and abroad and some century-old shops. The wholly-owned Hongkong RIFISH International Trading Co.,Ltd, the Denmark N’Joy Seafood Aps and the representatives office in Russia are established and mark that Rich Group marches forward again to the internationalization strategy. Besides, Rich Group is identified as high and new-technology enterprise this year.
Looking ahead to 2018, the family member of Rich Group will remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind, and continue to reform and make Innovations to forge ahead for a better future. Rich Group will keep our business forward steadily according to fixed strategy.
Persevering and changing are the two great magic weapons to achieve sustainable development in Rich Group. We persevere in ”altruism” from bottom of heart, the mission of” Be your seafood expert for the benefit of your health”, the salmon concept of ”gratitude, dedication and perseverance”, the principle of ”humane, sincere, innovative and progressive”, the vision of ” sustainable growth relies on virtues and integrity, and the self-confidence and concentration to be the first brand of salmon. We change the value of our customers to provide good products and service for them, and deal with all uncertain factors including the ideas, the way of thinking, the behaviors to create good value for customers, and cope with uncertain leadership as well as the organization and talent mechanism that hinders the growth of the enterprise.
Never forget what you start, and you can accomplish your mission. Adhere to the mission to ensure Rich Group will not take a curved and wrong path and achieve the fixed strategic goals step by step. If you can improve yourself in a day, do so each day, forever building on improvement. Rich Group should keep changing and innovation, maintain the vitality of the organization and enhance the impetus of development. What’s more, the company will follow the mandate of heaven and comply with the popular wishes of the people, equips with honesty and integrity surprisingly to be a successful habits of visionary company.
Dear fellows ”the gentleman works hard on the basis principles, thereafter comes morality”. In the era of reforming and changing, adhering to the core socialist values is the basis principles, and integrate our cause into the great process of national development and the progress of civilization of human society is the morality, which is also our responsibilities and obligations for every Chinese people. As the pioneer among the seafood industries, Rich Group should be dedicated to the industry revitalization and plan the future with the height of view and depth of comprehension. Looking ahead to 2018, Rich Group will work with fellows from different fields hand in hand, guard against conceit and rashness, make efforts and resolutely implement the deep blue strategy to build the RUICHI division in the seafood industry and make new contributions to achieving the Chinese Dream of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
